What is the best internal or external hard drives?
I H 40Gb internal drive and want to update I'm not start a new one with a new internal organization, or should I keep inside and go with a new external hard drive, I also 512 MB of RAM should I add another 512 or 1 gig, I'm storing mostley mp3, movies and games
get the best of both worlds: keep your current internal drive and add another. Your computer may contain 2 inside. External hard drives are more expensive and usually slower. Only buy one if you plan take with you somewhere. but buying a new internal drive does not mean you have to ditch your old. to find a Seagate or Western Digital drive on Newegg.com. 1 GB of RAM is now considered the bare minimum for gaming computers. I have 2 gigs in my machine, and I'm already using 512 MB of memory just by turning it on. add another 512 for the minimum – only up to 2 GB if you play the latest 3D games on the market.
