I ordered a Canon Digital IXUS 960IS camera from them because it has shown to be the best price and because on their website said guaranteed delivery within 3-5 days. 13 days later, I had not had a camera delivered, but money was withdrawn from my account. I sent them 5 times and I have a response back telling me that he had been sent. I was absolutely furious. They kept avoiding the questions I have for them, and they did not even give me a tracking number so that I can continue my article. To my surprise on the 14th day, I had the equipment delivered in a package that was not amateur at all compact. And see that they sent me the wrong model. Do not waste your time with them, they are absolutely rubbish and they are based in the United States, not in the United Kingdom. They should not be trusted.
