Canon EOS Rebel XSi 450D lens more outdoor sports? ?

I just bought a Canon EOS Rebel XSi 450D, (12.2 Mega pixels), but it still coming in the mail, because I live abroad. Anyway, I'm in the directory to my high school, and I'm having need to be covering some sports night time. (Like football) are the lenses I have also come: (I know, they are basic) Tamron 28-80mm f/3.5-5.6 Aspherical Autofocus Wide Angle Tamron 75-300mm f/4.0-5.6 LD Macro Autofocus telephoto zoom Lens Canon Normal EF 50mm f/1.8 II Autofocus Lens Wide Angle 2x Telephoto Autofocus Lens (and of course a flash and a tripod) Will I be able to take good, clear, high quality non-fuzzy action shots in the dark?
